Orders will be shipped out in 1-3 business days once processed.
Shipping Options
To provide our customers with the best pricing for shipping options and charges are based upon the weight products being ordered. A minimum of two are provided include at least one tracked option.

Shipping options for your order can be view in your shopping basket prior to checkout.
Order Tracking Information
If you select a tracked delivery option you will receive a notice of shipment email with tracking information upon the shipment of your order.
You may also track your order in your order history in the account center.
It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
Shipment Carriers
Our current primary shipping carrier is Royal Mail.
Shipping Restrictions
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Delivery and Inspection
If you notice any damage to the packaging, items are missing or damaged, please contact sales@sbmdesigns.uk within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
